Equator

Yesterday we past the Equator on our way to Tahit. I was lucky and was right on time to get a picture of the equator just before we sailed over it. The equator line is made by a special material so it will not break when the ships sail over it.

Before you had to open the line and sail thru and then close it again, but it took to long time so they changed it to a new material.

So all pollywogs, This is what people that not saild over the equator are called, was baptised yesterday and can now call them self real sailors. :)

Cabo

Yesterday was the last time I saw land for 5 days, we are right now on our way from Mexico to Tahiti... So 5 sea days until we get there.....

I do not know what to erite more now so here are some pictures from yesterday :)

Bunker time

Yesterday was the lastday in civilasation for a while....
So I had to bunker up my suppliment stock...
Hope this will be enough..
No overkill here :)

World Cruise

Tomorrow we are in Los Angeles and it is the first day of the world cruise. Crystals head quarter is in Los Angeles so all the big boses are comming onboard and my day will be full of booring technical meetings, but it is ok... for after that we are starting the worldcruise...

So we will go to some nice places, Of all the ports we will visit on this trip there i 3 I have not been to already :)

But now it is time to sleep I have imigration early tomorrow...

Beach

My new name is now the lobster, cause I have the same color as one :)
Today we were at the beach the hole day, it was a nice break from all work...

Now I need to sleep 3 hours cause we need to start work 2 am this night to shut down some systems that only can be done at night...

See you later..

Acapulco

Sometimes I like my job very much, like now when I was reading the news paper in Sweden and it was a cold record in Sweden with -37,7 degreees celsius. And then I take away my curtains in my room and have this view.

So today I gave all my workers some hours off so we can go to the beach later today :)

Panama

So the journey continues. Today I am pasing thru the Panama canal. I try to remember how many times I have been here but it is to booring to remember....

Colombia

Today we are in Colombi, in Cartagena. I wss working all night so I had the day of today and I was thinking if I sholuld go ashore or not. I went ashore and that was a stupid idea. It was to hot outside for me wearing jeans and when I came back to the ship I had lost my phone.

Hmm the phone does not matter so muchh but it is all the numbers F&%K. And everytime you loose a phone you say to your self that you should write up all the numbers but you never do.

So I think I will go down and take out my anger in the gym right now.

Later................

Everglades

Today we continued our tourist trips with a trip out to Everglades, the giant swap that is located in the south of Florida. We took a trip on a airboat out in the swap and was so lucky we got to see a wild aligator that came all the way up to the boat. Pretty cool. Then we leared how the Seminol Indians lived in the swamps before catching alligators and so..

Pretty nice..

Jungle Queen

Ihave been a tourist the last couple of days. On new years day me and my frien took a ride on the jungle queen. That is a small boat that goes up in the river her so you can take a look at all the mansions by the water.

Hmm I need to start saving some money so I can buy a house like this for 2010 :)

Or this one that is only a summer house the owner usualy comes down 2 weeks in March :)

And the a little boat for these 2 weeks..

Ok one last ....
